Important Features

The machine is designed for the handling of silicon coating on elastic or non-elastic ribbons in the pattern of straight lines or wavy lines. The machine is composed of Silicon Mixing Pumps, Coating Machines and a Thermal Chamber, when colour coating is required, plus a Colour Mixing unit. The machine is equipped with computer controlling system to set and regulate the injection rate of the silicon grease, to set and regulate the heating temperature in the thermosetting chamber, and to adjust the running speed as well.
