This is the machine designed as an automatic system to undertake the operations of encoding & inspecting RFID labels. The labels can be in the form of individual tags, tickets, cards, or of textile fabrics. The machine is built with double working stations to encode and inspect the labels, that is to double assure the labels contain absolute correct data. Bar code scanning function is built-in to automatically pair the bar code with EPC. The system of weeding out and collecting the defective labels is attached, and the mechanism of stacking the finished labels and recording their numbers are also fitted. It is available to equip the machine with a periphery printer to realize “printing, barcode scanning, RFID encoding and inspecting” is finished in one single operation. The machine carries an open-source system that allows customers to develop and use their own encoding and code reading programs to accomplish the operations.
