The machines are built with Ultrasonic cutting system to parallel cut a woven label fabric into a group of label strips with very soft, smooth and well-sealed edges. Up to 10 pieces of round blades are mounted on the holding shaft of the cutting mechanism, the gauge could be to minimum 6mm. The pressure of the blades on the fabric is adjustable. Unrolling-rolling of the fabric is controlled by web centering & straightening system to achieve unvarying cut edge quality, the running speed is adjustable on line to match the current cutting effect. The Ultrasonic system is constructed with advanced circuit, its amplitude is variable with automatic adaption to the speed. It consistently supplies stable power to the cutting knives, thereby to achieve efficient, beautiful performances.
